If you need 325 mesh final powder, choose YGM grinding mill or TGM grinding mill?
Usually,YGM series mill can meet most customer need. Compared with YGM grinding mill, under the same conditions, TGM mill has some certain advantages: the TGM analysis machine and the host is not one body, it can reduce the resonance when use to processing fine powder; In fan impeller design,the TGM’s and the YGM’s are different, YGM fan is of impeller vane and TGM impeller is of overall welding, therefore, TGM is higher than YGM grinding mill in yield, but not very obvious.
The effects of moisture content on the grinding machine, big or small?
If material moisture content of not more than 6%, material can be abrasive; if moisture content of not more than 10%, it has a little effect; if the water content of more than 10%, it will has a relatively large impact on production; if more than 15%, the material can not be grinding, or it will appear host and analysis machine vibration, fan current fluctuated and material bonding phenomenon.
How to increase your grinding mill service life？
1, when using grinding mill, there should be are a staff responsible for the machines. And the operator must have a certain technical level. Before installation of the mill operation in the customer site, a technical training for the operator is necessary to let them understand the principle of performance of the grinding mill and familiar operating procedures.
2, In order to ensure the grinding mill normal work, it is better draw up a “maintain safety operation system” to ensure the mill long-term safe operation, at the same time, have the necessary maintenance tools and grease fittings.
3, After a period of operation, grinder machine need timely maintenance and repair. Such as change the roller mill ring blade and other wearing parts, repair and replacement of the roller device connecting bolt nut plug, add the lubricating oil etc.
4, When the grinding mill has over worked more than 500 hours, it is better to replace the roller device, clean the rolling bearings, replace the damaged parts.
