Gypsum powder grinding mill line

In the gypsum powder grinding production line, first of all need to crush the large-size gypsum ores into small particles of less than 30mm, then send them to grind mill for grinding, after the selection of classifier, send the qualified gypsum powder into the fluidized bed furnace for burning. The gypsum powder grinding production line is usually divided into five parts: crushing system, grinding system, burning system, transport system and electric control system.

The selection of crushing equipment usually chooses Jaw crusher, Hammer crusher, Impact crusher, etc. European Tech. grinding mill and Trapezium mill are the preferred grinding equipment in gypsum powder production line. The burning system mainly including elevator, fluidized bed furnace, electrostatic precipitator, root blower, etc. The electrical control system adopts the advanced centralized electric control, DCS control or PLC control.
