In new factory, the material to be crushed is the white quartz sand, combined with 10% coarse sand and 3% little quartz pebble, the moisture is 4%. After 140 minutes operating, its capacity is 7 TPH with 70% product reach to 325 meshes.

In old factory, the material is yellow quartz sand, with less coarse sand and rock. The other machine operated for almost 10 hours, its capacity is 6.5 TPH with 90% product reach to 325 meshes.

After crushed by JC jaw crusher, dolomite ore will be send to the high pressure mill YGM 95 by elevator. In the grinding processing, the ore will be grinding to different size and will be separate by the powder selecting machine.

The required final powder will be collected by the multicyclone after separated by the powder selecting machine. Other coarse powder will fall down to the body of the high pressure grinding mill for regrinding.
