Customer’s Background:
Our Nigeria crustomer, who would like to produce granite-aggregates for his clients that work in road construction, concrete and asphalt industry. But now, he just has one two-stage crushing plants that consisted of one 24×36″jaw crusher and two 12×51″ finer jaw crusher. It is difficult to meet the popular aggregate size of 0~3/16″ (stone dust), 3/16~1/2″, 1/2~3/4″ and 3/4~1″ in local market. Also, the capacity of existing plant is only 60~70 tons per hour, it was far from the customer’s requirements.
