Vibrating feeder feed the quartz stone to first crushing machine, jaw crusher, for primary crushing, it also separates the dust from the stone.

After curshed by jaw crusher, materials are conveyed to the impact crusher for second crushing.

Vibrating screen machine which have four layers will separate the final products to different size so as to meet different use. Materials size below 20 mm will be separated and sent individual to the final products piles. The other material will be sent back to impact crusher for recrushing.

Final products will transported by truck to different place. Usually, these materials are widely used in road building, construction, rail way building, airport construction and so on.
