Crushing Machine Series
1. Ask:The advantage of wheel type mobile crusher?
Answer: There are several advantages of the wheel type mobile crusher : It is very convenient to move from the sites to sites, and do not need too much foundation; It can take less land than the stationary one; it will take less time to build at the site.
2. Ask: I want to crush limestone, which type crusher should I get?
Answer: Usually impact crusher is very suitable for crushing limestone, please kindly tell the feeding size and final size you need to confirm whether you also need primary jaw crusher and tertiary crusher.
3. Ask: What is the final size after crushed by your impact crusher?
Answer: There is not so much 50mm after crushed by our impact crusher. And you can adjust the gap between impact plate and rotor in order to control the final size. Forexample, when the raw material is limestone, 0-6mm can reach 25%, 6-12mm can reach 15%, 12-20 can reach 25%, 20-30 can reach 10%, bigger than 30mm can reach 25%.
4. Ask: Could you please recommend us a production line for highway construction?
Answer: For construction of highway, high-speed railway and hydropower, standard of concrete aggregate is very high, such as grain shape, and equipments standard, especially for crushing of basalt(Diabase, limestone). In the traditional two-step crushing, much material of flakiness shape will be generated, which will not be able to meet the very requirements. Grinding Machine Series
1. Ask: Please send me the price of Raymond mill to grind phosphate to 600 mesh?
Answer: According to your demand, Raymond mill is not suitable as the final size you need is very fine, MW micro powder grinding mill is needed, the catalogue is attached, please check it. By the way, please kindly tell me the capacity you need per hour, then the best solution will be provided accordingly.
2. Ask: Could you supply a ceramic lined mill to produce high purity silica flour? What grinding media would you recommend?

3. Ask: How about fineness of mineral powder made by mill from Kefid?
Answer: Kefid has dozens of kinds of mills and hundreds of models in total. Different mill can make mineral powder of different fineness. Kefid can provide mill to make mineral powder from 3mm into as fine as 5microns.
4. Ask: Must the air heating furnace of Vertical grinding mill be configured? How to confirm its model?
Answer: As to the natural storage materials, the air heating furnace of vertical grinding mill must be configured, unless the materials are dried. It is better to use an air heating furnace to dry the materials so that the fine powder after grinding will be flew out quickly to improve the capacity. It is decided by the structure of grinding pan. If the wet materials are not dried, the capacity will be reduced, and it also will influence the operating stablity of the vertical grinding mill.
5. Ask: I want to grind quartz 150- 350 mesh for 2 ton per hour, which machine is suitable for me?
Answer: If you need the final product without iron , I recommend you ball mill . if there is no demand of the iron content in the final product, I recommend you our MW grinding mill , which is lower investment cost and operation cost.
